1. Place lettuce on a plate
2. Chop an equivalent amount of cucumber and place on top
3. Add a generous portion of Biltong and baby tomatoes
4. Mix in some crumbled feta
5. Add olives and slices of avocado
6. Drizzle some salad dressing
7. Add salt and pepper
