Biltong Carbonara

1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to the packaged instruction
2. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and parmesan.
3. Working quickly, stir in pasta and egg mixture
4. Add a hefty portion of Biltong
5. Add salt and pepper to your taste buds and mix all together
