1. Melt butter in a saucepan
2. Turn the heat down and stir in 32g flour
3. Add 250ml of milk bit by bit, while stirring continuously
4. Stir in 250ml of cream, dried herbs and sliced Biltong. Simmer slowly until thickened
5. Add salt and pepper
6. Mix cooked macaroni with the sauce and add cheese
7. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle more cheese, Biltong and herb on top
8. Bake in oven for 20min at 200°C
