Note: Due to the fresh and variable nature of this product, we can’t guarantee an exact thickness or consistency, but we’ll do our very best to match your preferences as closely as possible.

Love one of our specials? Order your favourite as a full kilo batch, made fresh just for you.
Choose any of our specials from the list, and we’ll craft your batch to your taste using premium British beef and our signature spice blends.
Each batch is made to order in small quantities, so please allow at least 10 days for your biltong to be ready. Depending on the day you order, your batch will usually be ready the following Friday or Monday.
You can also select your preferred fat level (lean, medium, or fatty) and dryness (wet, medium, or dry). We’ll aim to match your preference as closely as possible, but as each piece is hand-dried naturally, there may be small variations.
Your kilo can be packed into 3-4 smaller bags to help keep it fresh.
