1. How do I clear cookies and cache? Clearing your browser’s cookies and cache can help resolve issues like slow loading times, login problems, or outdated pages. Follow the steps below based on your browser:

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings > Privacy and Security.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Select the desired time range (e.g., “All time” for a full reset).
  6. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
  4. Check Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
  5. Click Clear.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear now.

Safari (Mac):

  1. Open Safari and click Safari in the menu bar.
  2. Select Preferences > Privacy.
  3. Click Manage Website Data and then Remove All.
  4. Go to History in the menu and click Clear History.
  5. Select All history and confirm.
