How our subscriptions work:

Choose your subscription package, choose your options for that package, proceed to checkout. Once this is all complete, we will send your first order out.

You will be charged each month for the length of the subscription and your order will be delivered to you the same time you signed up for the subscription each month. If you would like your delivery date changed please contact us.

Things to know:

The subscription is for a minimum amount of time but for any reason if you would like to cancel your subscription before the time is up please give us a call and we can cancel it for you with a small charge.

When your Subscription is coming to an end, an email will be sent to you to ask if you would like to renew your subscription. If you do not renew then it will stop automatically.

Your Biltong loyalty points will be allocated accordingly and by the time the subscription is finished you would have accumulated enough biltong points to receive a Coupon for £6 off, saving you more money!

COVID 19

We are now back to using DPD for our deliveries, but obviously there may be a delay under the circumstances. Our delivery is free if you spend over £30 and usually operates on a next day delivery service. The delivery fee for orders under £30 is £2.99 and will receive the same fast service as we always offer.
